PWChiq Return Policy

At PWChiq, your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Items must be returned in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order (the return window starts on the day tracking shows "delivered").
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return request approval to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
  • For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts from the final package delivery date and time.

Refund & Restocking Fee

  • Returns that do not meet the criteria above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as a store credit (if preferred).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your return for processing.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
